We have delivered a run of 100
For DigiTech Quest 2026, the DX contest we run with Gifu University,we produced a run of 100 cards. Each was engraved with a running number such as 004 / 100,and IDs were issued and tracked by lot.
This is not a planned feature. It is a system already in use.
What you get
One company face. Different names.
Your logo becomes physical
On resin the logo is built up layer by layer, so it cannot rub off. On wood it is burned in by laser, so it cannot peel like print.
No app for the person receiving it
They hold their phone near the card and the page opens in their normal browser. You never have to ask anyone to install anything.
The contents stay editable
A change of department or phone number does not mean reprinting the cards. You replace what the page shows, not the card.
Serial numbers for tracking
Each card can be engraved with a running number. Record which number went to whom and you always know how many are out and how many are left.
Reorder later
When someone joins, add cards with the same design and the next numbers in the series. We keep the original data, so nothing is rebuilt from scratch.
Individual names are possible too
Each card can carry its own name and title. That is quoted separately and takes longer than a single shared design.

- Price = ¥9,800 for the logo design (once) + ¥4,480 per card × the quantity you order. Shipping is free.
- The extra cards are free. Keep them as spares, or for people who join later.
- Prices are for black resin. Laser-engraved wood adds ¥1,000 per card.
Ask us about anything not listed here
For example, engraving a different name and title on each card. Each card is then produced with its own content, so it costs more and takes longer than a single shared design, and we quote it separately — tell us the quantity and what goes on them. The same goes for other materials or thicknesses, switching from cards you already use, or a tighter deadline. Just ask.

⚠ Both methods are binary — a mark is either there or it is not. Photographs and gradients do not survive. Logos built from lines and solid shapes are the most reliable. If you have no vector data, we will trace it for you.

Quantity, material, delivery address. We check the details and send you a quotation and a payment link.
Send us your data
Logo in vector format (.ai / .eps / .svg / .pdf).
Approve the proof
We build the plate and send you an image of the result. This is where changes happen.
Manufacturing
Shipped within 15 business days of design approval. If the quantity changes that, we tell you first.
Delivery
Delivered with a list of the serial numbers, so you can record which card went to whom.
We take card payment as standard — a payment link comes with your quotation. If card is not an option for you, we accept bank transfer in advance.

What is the minimum quantity?
Ten. Because we add one card for every ten, an order of 10 arrives as 11.
How much does it cost?
For a single shared design: ¥9,800 for the logo design (once) plus ¥4,480 per card × the quantity you order (incl. tax, black resin). Wood adds ¥1,000 per card, and you receive one extra card for every 10. Engraving a different name on each card is quoted separately.
How long does it take?
We aim to ship within 15 business days of design approval. Large quantities can shift that, and we tell you at the quotation stage.
We do not have vector artwork.
We will trace it. Send us whatever you have — a printed card, the logo from your website.
What happens when someone leaves?
The link between the card and the page can be released. The card itself can be reassigned to someone else.
How do we pay?
By card, as standard — a payment link comes by email together with your quotation. If card is not an option for you, we accept bank transfer in advance. Production starts once payment is confirmed.
Do you ship outside Japan?
Please ask. We quote shipping and lead time case by case.
